The Kalamazoo Kennel Club Building is occasionally available for rent. It features a full kitchen, a separate dining or meeting room and a 12,000 square foot activity center.
The indoor show arena is 135′ x 55′ Permanently matted area is 125′ x 45′
A Meeting Room and Kitchen are available
Outside available for shows is a large fenced in grassed area with shade trees

Facilities
Motels are available in the area that accept dogs for a nominal fee. The closest motel is approximately 5 miles.
Many small clubs find the rental of our facility more affordable for shows, seminars, or matches while still offering all the amenities of a larger center. The club has plenty of parking, a dog walk area, and located in reasonable proximity of Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids, Holland, Allegan, and Lansing areas.

Cost
Inside Arena
Includes all inside activities except storage room.
No Outside areas
The minimum daily rental charge is $250.00 for six hours or less
$ 40.00 for each additional hour
Charges begin when the building is opened and end when the building is closed. Charges include time used for set up and cleaning.
Outside Grounds
Includes: Bathrooms, Meeting Room & Kitchen
$ 100.00 for four hours or less.
Additional time is at $25.00 per hour.
Meeting Space
Meeting Room, Kitchen & Bathroom
$ 100.00 for four hours or less.
Additional time is at $25.00 per hour.
Other Show Equipment Available
Ring Gates
$1.50 per gate for first day of use.
$0.75 for each additional day
Obedience Jumps
$25.00 set of three per day
Agility Equipment
Charge is based on items used.
(Some equipment cannot be rented)
RV Electrical Hook Up
$10.00 per day per vehicle.
Air Conditioners cannot be used.
Leasing club is allowed one free hook up
